My Refund Policy- I will not be accepting exchanges, cancellations or refunds, once you purchase, that's it so please read the listings thoroughly and be mindful before you finalize a payment. I have made way to many exceptions before, but I am not going back on my word this time. A lot of the times it's due to people who buy on impulse and do not read.

These are not free readings. Please be considerate. This is the only job I have (aside from babysitting sometimes) This is something that I love to do and feel that it is my true life's purpose, but this is also all I have for the most part due to other reasons that I do not like to address constantly. If you cannot afford to get a reading please wait until you can before requesting a reading. I am not trying to be rude, I know hard times too, but this is how I pay my bills and put food on my table. From time to time I Offer freebies on other platforms, but that is not upon request or everyday. I get messages often asking for free readings and I hate being put in the position to say no, but I have to do it. Please do keep in mind that psychic readings are draining to energy and take time so please be considerate and patient. Please do not contact for free services/items. I will not respond or simply say no.
If you know that you have mental illnesses before you purchase a reading and need to contact your health care provider prior to purchasing, not after. I am no longer doing refunds/cancellations for any reason. I recommend that if you are ( I am not judging anyone at all, I am psychic after all so I understand these issues that occur) but sometimes people do use this stuff as an excuse to get out of something/get their money back. I'm not doing it anymore. Once again, please read and be responsible before you buy.
Save For Later Reads: Often times people buy a reading without needing one or simple buy more questions than they need at the time. I am asked sometimes if they can save questions for later. If you know you only have one question only purchase the one question option.
Please do not buy one question and ask 10. Same goes for any other options. Asking for more than what you pay for can get frustrating for your readers.
I have never been asked for a refund regarding this matter that I can recall, but if you order a reading and you find that for whatever reason it's not accurate, please do know as an authentic reader, I only give my best. I am not perfect nor do I claim to be. I give you what I see and sometimes it's not always what you want to hear. If you rather have a reader that lies to you and gives you false hope, I am not the reader for you. Sometimes, I can be wrong as I am only human and there is always free will involved. I give what the current energy shows which at any time can change. I put my all into every reading I do. No refunds!
There are times where I get people who all throughout the waiting process will constantly send me messages every day or hour on when they will receive their reading and sometimes they even ask about the reading's results before I have had time to convey the reading. That does put a lot of pressure on me. Please do be patient. I know it's hard sometimes, but 9 times out of ten you're not the only one waiting for a reading from me. I do not mind answering your questions about my services prior to buying and even after, but please do while waiting be more considerate. I do make sure that if anything happens and if there are delays etc.. reach out and let you know what is going on if I can and you do get your order. I have always delivered. I do not do readings right after you purchase. Sometimes if it's a smaller reading with short write ups possibly, but keep in mind that I am not in front on my lap top every waking moment of the day. Just like you, I have a life which means that I have to have down time. I can't do readings all day. It's draining.
If you see me posting on other platforms and you have ordered a reading, I have not forgotten about you, your reading is scheduled for another day and I also have multiple orders sometimes so you won't always be the only person waiting for a reading from me. I do also have to advertise. It's my job so yes,during your waiting period you will see me posting whether it be here, youtube, reddit, etc. I have even felt the need to apologize for doing this, but I am not doing it anymore. Youtube is another priority for me so I do have to make time for it as well as other priorities that I have. I am also a reader on quite a few platforms.
So far, I don't believe I have had any issues with this since doing this professionally, but just in case I will bring it up anyway. If you are not at least 18+ I will not read for you. I don't care if you are 17. Until you are 18+ I am not reading for you. This is to protect you and myself.
