I have had people in the past claim that they have "accidently" ordered something when on my website it is almost impossible to do as such. Cancellations and refunds do take out of my pocket and a portion of each sale made goes to my website provider which means when you order, I do not get the full amount and there are times I am not going to be able to provide a refund because of these restrictions etc. Please be careful and research before you buy Please make sure you are comfortable before purchasing. There is an issue where people choose not to read the services before they buy things. It has happened on my etsy shop as well where someone purchased a reading and then decided that they didn't want it because they thought the listing was for a deck that they wanted when at the very top of the listing it says in capital letters that it is a reading and the deck is not for sale as well as in the title of the listing it states that it is a card spread/reading. I make my listings very self explaintory and informative to keep these things from happening and unfortunately, it still only helps so much. Please be absolutely sure that you want a reading before you purchase. I will not accept doctor's notes either. (I did this in the past, but will no longer be doing so) If you know that you have to get permission from a psychologists to get a reading please do get the okay before you buy. Once you buy, I am not able nor obligated to refund you.
Refunds only available if I have not for whatever reason been able to deliver your order within a certain timeframe. It takes me time, but I do always fulfill orders. In the event that I don't, please allow me 2-25 business days to receive your refund. I am not obligated to provide a refund, but will do so only in this circumstance. Hope you understand!
Check your emails within 24 hours after purchase as I send order confirmation emails to all that order so that they are aware of how long it may take to get their orders fulfilled along with other information that I may need from you etc. Please make sure that you are using a valid email address when purchasing. The email that is attached to your transaction is the one that I will be contacting and that is also where you get your reading.
Once the work is done refund requests are automatically rejected as I put time, effort in energy into all of my readings and that is something I am not able to get back.
