Service Boundaries & Refund Policy
I reserve the right to decline service if I feel doing so is within the best interest of the client or myself. I strive to offer accurate and insightful guidance to all who cross my path, but I do not see that it is ethical to provide readings for those that are mentally incapacitated. I do send everyone positive vibes and I do pray for peace and strength amongst those that are going through a difficult transition.
Refund requests are automatically denied unless I identify severe emotional or psychological distress before completing your reading. If a reading has already been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

Delivery Timeframes
In-depth or video readings: Delivered within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Self-interpreted card pulls = messages from your person, messages from spirit, Messages from the Universe, etc, are delivered within 24–48 hours or less.
Weekends & major holidays: I am less likely to complete readings during these times.
Time Zone: All services are delivered according to U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
Due to high demand, life circumstances, or technical issues, small delays may occur. I will always communicate updates when needed. Please check your inbox regularly.

Physical deck orders are U.S. only due to international shipping costs. International buyers may request the external link to purchase through the printing site.

Some decks are pre-order Status As they are printed, made to order and shipped directly from an international printing warehouse.

Total estimated arrival: 8–10 business day.
Tracking numbers will be provided once available.
Pre-shipment status may remain unchanged for several days before any accurate updates are listed. This is controlled by the printing company and may vary.
